This seminar will explore common evidentiary problems that trial lawyers often confront. Topics covered will include:
· Identify hearsay and make use of hearsay exceptions for admissibility;
· Deal with police reports, computer and medical records/reports, composite parts of which often present admissibility problems
· Proper use of depositions to get different kinds of statements into evidence.
